The subscription for MyDentalPlan functioning under MyDentalPlan Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. does not warrant, and hereby disclaims any warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of website www.mydental plan.in, information obtained from a site, or link to a site. MyDentalPlan does not warrant that Sites will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that Sites are free of viruses or other harmful components. The use of information obtained from or through these sites is at your own risk.
Transaction initiated by anyone, if, does not result in a Success Transaction: In such scenario, it should be addressed to the respective bank/ card issuing authorities.

If the annual subscription is cancelled within a week from the date of payment, the subscription amount is refunded except Taxes and Bank Charges. This is subject to non-utilization of any dental services. There will be no refund if any services are availed.

Special Dental Packages once purchased are non-refundable.
