The Subscription for My Dental Plan functioning under My Dental Plan Healthcare Pvt Ltd does not warrant, and hereby disclaims any warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of website www.mydental plan.in, information obtained from a Site, or link to a Site. My Dental Plan does not warrant that Sites will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that Sites are free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of information obtained from or through these Sites is at your own risk.
Transaction initiated by anyone, if, does not result into a Success Transaction. In such scenario, It Should be address to the respective Bank/card issuing authorities. In case transaction performer does not view the Success Receipt then he/she needs to contact customer care service.

My Dental Plan has no control over, and not liable or responsible for content, accuracy, validity, reliability, quality of such websites or made available by/through our Website. If annual subscription is cancelled within a week from the date of payment, the subscription amount is refunded except Taxes and Bank Charges. Subject to non-utilization of any dental services no refund if any services availed. If annual subscription is cancelled within a month, 75% of subscription amount is refund except service tax and bank charges subject to non-utilization.
